Mr Chris Tumwine, Founder and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Chris Tumwine is a BBA and an MBA graduate from Canada. He recently retired from Canada where he worked in the energy sector for more than 25 years. He is a Business Consultant specializing in organizational strategy, performance management, risk management, governance, and other related fields. He has worked in North America, Tanzania, Malawi, Rwanda, and Uganda. He is experienced in business development, business advisory services, interlinking global corporations and manufacturers with East African business opportunities.

Mr. Chris Tumwine is a founder member of a number of companies based in Uganda and East Africa. He fosters international businesses to relate well with the East African business environment – providing local content requirements and securing other local support services to facilitate the smooth transition of multinational corporations into a local business environment.
 

Eng. Ivan Masuba is a shareholder of a number of prominent engineering firms in Uganda. He is a founder and director engineering of SERS Ltd. He is a Corporate Member of the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers and a Registered Engineer with the Engineers Registration Board of Uganda. Ivan has accumulated vast experience over 15 years in civil engineering works which has seen him involved in major infrastructure designs, supervision of various construction and rehabilitation works, and geotechnical surveys of roads, dams, bridges, sanitation sites, oil fields and regular building foundations. He holds both Master's Degree and Bachelor's Degree in Civil 
Engineering from Makerere University and has participated in a number of continuous professional development trainings in various countries holding a number of professional certificates. Eng. Ivan Masuba is also an entrepreneur, participating in various business enterprises around the country and has mentored young upcoming engineers in his profession.

Mr. Julius Mugabo, Founder and Board Director Julius Mugabo attended Uganda College of Commerce Kabale Uganda (1987-1989) and is a Diploma Holder in Business Studies. Upon completion of the Diploma program, Julius briefly worked in a family business based in Rukungiri Uganda dealing in wholesale and retail of agriculture commodities. In 1990 he began his electronics import trade business on Luwum Street Kampala Uganda. The electronics were imported from United Arab Emirates Dubai. In 2002 Julius migrated to the United Kingdom and started a new life there. In 2005 he set up a recruitment company in the UK called Service Link Employment UK Ltd which was focused on linking job seekers of African descent with employers. In 2012 Julius returned to Uganda and together with colleagues started Afritrade and Invest Consultants (U) Ltd. The focus of Afritrade was 'Investor Introduction Services between Europe and East Africa. In 2017 Afritrade and Invest Consultants (U) Ltd entered into a Joint Venture with Libitco B.V from the Netherlands and formed a company called Libitco Technical Supplies (U) Ltd. Libitco TSU is a professional procurement company specializing in worldwide sourcing and supplying of materials, equipment, and spare parts. The company is the authorized agent of Fleetguard branded products in Uganda.
